Overnight Oat Superfood Smoothie

A well rounded breakfast or lunch alternative. Easy to absorb in the body and packed full of nutrients, a yummy and earthy smoothie.

SERVES: Serves 2


  • ¼ cup steel-cut oats
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup non-sweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 70g raw almonds


Place all ingredients in a jug or bowl and refrigerate overnight. Pour into a blender and process until smooth. Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Perfect for breakfast or lunch.
