Berry Bircher
This oat-free muesli recipe that can be made the night before for a quick and delicious breakfast the next morning. Full of healthy fats and none of the carbs to keep you going till lunch time!
SERVES: Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- A few blueberries/raspberries
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes to soak up the liquid or can be made the night before for a quick breakfast the next day. Tip: you can also make this in a jar to take to work in the morning.
