Banana Hemp Smoothie
Hemp is an amazing food and is becoming more and more available to us everyday!
Finding ways to get it’s nutrition into our bodies can be tricky sometimes, especially when time isn’t on your side – so Simon has put together a delicious smoothie recipe to try out.
An easy way to get the benefits of hemp into your system!
SERVES: Serves 1
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts, plus extra to garnish
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 200ml almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Garnish with hemp hearts and serve.
