Upon enrollment, participants gain access to the course through Circle.so, an intuitive online platform that serves as the central hub for all course materials, discussions, and interactions.

The course includes 47 expertly crafted video lessons. These lessons comprehensively cover topics such as nutritious eating, gut health, timed eating, and sleep quality, and are presented by Chef Simon Gault and Nutritionist Sean Robertson.
